With four years of experience in a Level III NICU at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, I bring a well built foundation of experience in caring for critically ill neonates, a genuine passion for the nursing profession, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to providing safe, compassionate, family-centered care to every patient.

During my years at Henry Ford, I developed comprehensive expertise in caring for our most vulnerable patients. I am proficient in managing care for infants requiring advanced ventilator support, central line maintenance, vasoactive and sedation drips, and therapeutic hypothermia. I’ve participated in numerous neonatal resuscitations, stabilized micro-preemies, and cared for infants with complex diagnoses. Additionally, I’ve precepted new nurses and actively contributed to a collaborative and educational environment that prioritizes both patient safety and professional growth.
