As a production control Assistant you need to be detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include supporting production control and inventory control activities in manufacturing operations. Working as part of a cross functional team including manufacturing, planning, purchasing, quality and inventory control.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cycle counting
  • Assist with research and resolving inventory variances for assigned areas.
  • Flush count and consolidate inventory to improve storage efficiency.
  • Pick parts for work orders.
  • Request, prepare, track and stage materials to be transferred between plants.
