  • Oversee Managers at Crossroads Collective Food Hall, Pharmacy Bar, Shanghai Speakeasy, Canopy Bar, as well as an Accountant, and an employee dedicated to Special Projects; with emphasis on the guest experience and profitability.
  • Write budgets for each entity and the division as a whole, oversee each manager's management of their budgets, and lead a division-wide improvement of 74% on the bottom line over 4 years division-wide; through strategic planning, sales growth, and cost cutting measures.
  • Lead new projects including: leasing and buildout of Kinetik Marketplace (in progress); opening Canopy Bar, a private bar on Ascent's 25th floor; rebranding Pharmacy Bar to initiate brand awareness and attract new audience; implementing Covid-related safety measures, new health protocols, and complex unprecedented online ordering process for the food hall; and writing business plans for several potential future businesses for New Land's commercial properties.
  • Work with local constituents on community projects including: Ivanhoe Plaza as it relates to Crossroads, Zillman Park as it relates to Kinetik, and North Avenue Wellness Initiative to provide unified neighborhood approach and support for neighbors struggling with housing instability or substance abuse.
  • Work with local constituents on unique city licensing challenges for all New Land Hospitality businesses, and consult all Crossroads Collective vendor partner businesses through the licensing system.
  • Oversee Management team's execution of yearly programming calendar, community events, and attracting sponsors as they align with overall marketing strategy.
