Through work as an editor managing a group of 10+ leadership skills have developed to thrive in a fast-paced environment where adapting and problem solving are necessary. In this position, multiple different projects are juggled including social media, writing, editing, and mentoring. This work has pushed collaborative approaches, often yielding strong results. As a Resident Assistant (RA) dealing with conflict resolution and community building often requires a positive attitude, clear communication, and organizational skills. Being a business fellow with the Sullivan Foundation introduces the world of business and pushes taking risks. Through this program, hosting and working with entrepreneurs is done to benefit WWC
