While at ASU, I took a class called Intro to Directed Child Study; the class entailed my helping at the preschool on campus. I was in charge of helping the 3-year-olds through play, crafts, and mediating any issues between the children. I had one specific child assigned to me, where I took note of the development of their motor skills throughout the semester, and did a report at the end.
Through all the time spent in my undergraduate program and my class experiences, I was able to facilitate and learn the capabilities to help others.
