Proactive and results-driven individual with a proven track record in community engagement and event planning. At my previous role as a Volunteer, I excelled in organizing successful events, enhancing team collaboration, and effectively managing social media. My strong interpersonal skills and organized approach have significantly contributed to the operational success of the Farmchella event. Farmchella is similar to Coachella Fest although it was directed towards farm workers and families within the community and with no payment needed to participate. I enjoyed the company of my colleagues and I was always willing to give a helping hand.

Although with no work experience I am willing to contribute as much as I possibly can into my work, giving a helping hand, and eager to learn and grow in the end.
