I started working for Chick-fil-A at the age of 14 just because I wanted a job and my own money. I didn't expect to stay for so long. This year I make 6 years with this company! At the age of 16 I first got promoted to a credited trainer, at the age of 17 I got promoted to a Operational Supervisor, and at the age of 19 I got promoted to a Shift Leader Director. Now, I'm over a dayparts and getting my people development.
