  • Planning entire event of the Mayberry Truck show from start to finish for 65,000 guests over a two-day event.
  • Execute a plan, budget, assemble team and schedule, meet with vendors, food trucks, social media team.
  • Book all vendors, stage, musical talent, fireworks, and police to control site.
  • Create agenda, work with parking coordinator to make sure all semi-trucks are parked accordingly and safely.
  • Plan layout for facility and direct everyone where to be and when.
  • Work with city and county for all proper permits for truck parade downtown Mount Airy and work with Mayor so all goes according to plan.
  • Prepare all team members for event with all details.
  • Make sure all awards are ordered and the tallying is compliant.
  • Help with raising money for Brenner Children’s Hospital. To date I have helped raise $1.8 million to give to Brenner Children’s Hospital Patient Family Fund and helped Bottomley become the largest Private Donor to the children’s hospital.
  • At end of show, help close out all monies donated and help clean up team.
