I have been employed here for 15 years first teaching and now directing the past 10 years. I run a preschool of 35 children and 7+ staff. I'm responsible for scheduling, parent communication, purchasing, budgeting, financial spreadsheets, enrollment, staffing, staff trainings, professional development workshops, safety and supervision, event planning, payroll, social media accounts, maintaining rations and following state licensing requirements, immunizations, and much much more. I am supervised by my regional director as well as a corporate school support center based out of Scottsdale, AZ. I maintain 15 hrs of teacher training hours per year plus an annual directors conference.

• As a preschool and Kindergarten teacher I developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive, creative learning environment.
• Managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences.
• Enhanced classroom engagement through the use of interactive teaching methods, such as group projects and hands-on activities.
• Maintained accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior to facilitate ongoing communication with parents about their child''s educational journey.
