Well, working my way back all the way to Middle school, in 6th grade, I discovered the world of behind the scenes theatre. A way to express my love for musicals and plays, but through helping out beyond the public eye. It felt like I was a spy. Seeing and experiencing what others were from a whole different vantage point. It was magical...... and still is to me. Next up, we have the chaos that is me annoying my friends. My friend group is  a tight knit one containing a bunch of menaces to society that I love. We always watch out for each other, get up to things, as most friend groups do and of course have all the fun possible while at it. After that, there's standing up for what I believe in. Which can be a lot, but here goes: There's the fight against animal cruelty first and foremost. Animal's have meant the world to me since I was a child. I've always found how they interact with the world and others around them so endearing that I swore to protect it and them before I could remember. And then we have the long standing fights for Women's rights, the LGBTQ+, and BLM. Things that have been around for ages that I don't understand why we are still fighting for. Don't get me wrong, I will fight tooth and nail to protect these things but they should have been accepted long before this. And last but not least, we have the efforts to keep this planet safe. Our home base. This planet and it's life should mean more to people than just me. I know there are others out there but we need to make more of an effort. for not just this but all of these things. Finally, the piece de resistance, I leave you with my passion for music. Finding it, exploring new genres, creating it, you name it. Music has been one of the biggest things keeping me going, since I could remember, and it will continue to if the world has a say in it. This has been Emily Howe, signing off.
