My responsibilities in this position were to coordinate with coworkers and delegate tasks to maximize sales and customer satisfaction, meet sales targets for each shift by engaging customers and providing high levels of service, overseeing store operations such as counting cash drawers, updating sales marketing, and staff supervision, and efficiently completing opening and closing procedures.

As a shift manager, my responsibilities were to coordinate the associates during my shift to maximize team performance, monitor new employees, work with coworkers to improve customer satisfaction, count money in the registers at the conclusion of the shift, deposit profits, and provide the best leadership to my associates to enable them to succeed.
