As a crew member my main job is working with high level streaming cameras where I coordinate to live stream all the campus home games for ISU with ESPN+. I work to get the correct shots by coordinating with my director and work though any mishaps that happen during the game.

As an softball umpire I worked in fast-paced intense environments where I had to adapt and react quickly to call the game fairly. I worked independently or with up to two umpires during games. In these games I had to be ready to deal with conflict and have an extensive knowledge of the rule book in case of appeals from other coaches.
