Led a multidisciplinary team comprised of 20 multi-specialty (Primary Care, Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Spine) Medical Assistants, Patient Access Associates, APRNS, PA’s and Physician's.

Rotated throughout the 12 Ambulatory Surgery Centers and 11 Hospitals. Analyzed data, identified opportunities, supported teams, and developed projects reporting directly to a Vice President within Baptist Outpatient Services. Supported the Miami Beach Surgery Center team as their Interim Leader.

• Assess, develop, organize, implement and evaluate services for Miami Beach Surgery Center
• Continually analyze and improve Surgical Volume, Labor Productivity, Patient Satisfaction, OR Utilization, TAT and OTFS
• Analyzed OAS CAHPS data and identified opportunities with a strategic plan for improvement over the next fiscal year
• Completed a market analysis for current self-pay structures and developed a possible pricing restructure for the surgical centers
• Developed a financial analysis of Cochlear Implant procedures and implemented a trial period within the surgery centers
• Developed a legal crosswalk of Baptist's twelve Ambulatory Surgery Center bylaws, creating a standardized template
• Identified an opportunity system-wide and successfully created a 12-person cohort-style Administrative Internship program

Med-tech start up serving the community of South Florida that is under-insured or uninsured. Heavily focused on provider contracting to build up the network in efforts to provide high quality care at an affordable cost to the community.

• Developed all operational workflows in the ERP/CRM systems and managed correspondence between team members for special projects
• Managed and oversaw all new employee on-boarding and training, independent agent operations/servicing, and contracts between stakeholders
• Managed 4 direct reports and collaborated with a contracted Information Technology team.

One of the 10 largest public healthcare systems in the nation. Worked directly with the Chief Operating Officer in identifying process improvement opportunities within the Coral Springs hospital.
