Perform selected patient care and administrative functions as designated by the provider/practice manager
Prepares patients for examinations and treatments, including interviewing and medication reconciliation, vital sign monitoring, and recording patient histories
Prepares and cleans exam and treatment rooms, stocks with necessary instruments and supplies Assists with maintenance of equipment and supplies
Administers injections and performs laboratory tests as per provider order
Assist providers with minor surgeries, physicals and applications of casts, splints, dressings, diagnostic testing, and scheduling of tests and treatments
Documents patient information in an accurate and timely in the patient electronic health record
