From ages 15–18, I gained hands-on leadership experience as a Stage Manager for Theater Arts Under the company ASM (After school Matters) all while attending North-Grand High School. In this role, I coordinated rehearsals, managed backstage operations, and supported directors and performers to ensure smooth, successful productions. Alongside my academic and theater responsibilities, I also launched a small business providing flower bouquets, chocolate-covered sweet treats, and event decorations for special occasions. Balancing school, entrepreneurship, and theater taught me organization, communication, creativity, and time management. After graduating high school, I continued pursuing my passion for education and artistry, and I am now a college student studying to become an Associate Director of Education, aiming to inspire and support future students.
