- Manage the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is performing efficiently and effectively.
- Manage company human resources and accounting tasks including all invoice submittals/payments/receipts, tax payments, payroll and personnel and client databases.
- Maintain company files, documents and state/federal licensing and registrations.
- Perform routine data entry work for projects and company accounts.
- Prepare materials, documents, reports and client correspondence.
- Schedule and facilitate company and client meetings and appointments.
- Provide support to clients and company personnel.
