  • Validate and resolve issues with vendor invoices and process invoices through the EFAA to get goods and services paid for in Target’s financial payment systems.
  • Follow up with Vendors and Contractors on procured parts and contracted services, and coordinate emergency repairs with external vendors.
  • Perform maintenance overview of site’s Powered Industrial Truck fleet (100-200) vehicles through onsite vendors and management of 200-300 Target’s Over the Road (OTR) trailers used to deliver product to the stores (Initiate and track maintenance work with Amerit Fleet Management Services to ensure compliance with state regulations and update Out of Service report daily) and achieving a 98.3% compliance percentage.
  • Manage MRO spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and inventory management responsibilities.
  • Manage critical spare parts by organizing physical storage, managing critical inventory levels, regularly cycle counting inventory levels and ensuring MRO parts availability.
  • Assist in ensuring data integrity in the maintenance management system (Maximo) by managing the asset setup, parts, and job plans based upon input from E&F leaders and technicians.
  • Train and develop MTs and FAs on proper processes needed to maintain inventory accuracy.
