This role includes merchandising product in clipstrips and sidestacks in each aisle across all departments of the store. Maintaining and monitoring these self-located products. Using my experience with these products and assessing stock sales to find the best location to merch each product.

Updated pricing and signage to complete product displays.

Assisting customers finding what they need for their DIY projects and general shopping.

Earlier in this business I began as a service team member, working on the registers, front door, self-serve, service desk and refilling trolleys from the carpark.

Responsibilities including face-to-face and telephone customer assistance. Individual tasks such as processing refunds, layby's, online orderings, click and collect, and floor assistance involving advise and assistance at fitting rooms. Team tasks such as restocking and organizing merchandise to maintain store appeal. Confidently dealt with cash floats and till management.

Attending cadets aided my development of valuable personal life skills. Cadet training brings an abundance of qualities such as punctuality, leadership, teamwork, confidence, and more.
