I am seeking a long term position in which I can combine my love for the ocean and my leadership skills with a focus on customer experience and well-being. I have been in the watersports industry for almost a decade. It certainly has been a fun and wild adventure. I hold an endless passion for sailing, travel, and environmental preservation. With years of hands-on experience driving large catamarans and powerboats, I bring a comprehensive understanding of vessel operation and maintenance, safety protocols, and team leadership. My experience as a Captain combined with my love for marine conservation, I believe I bring a great deal of knowledge and perspective to the industry. My goals are to continue learning and growing through experience and travel. I would like to grow within a dynamic organization where I can take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to overall team success. I aspire to participate in meaningful projects that align with my values in order to make a positive impact on the organization and its customers.
