  • I am an On-Demand GM Expert at Target, which consists of making sure all product is out safely and efficently on the floor available for guests. As well, I am also required to pull items from the back, and push them out to the floor to achieve higher than a 95% pull rate as a store. Additionally, occasionally I am required to help out with Order Pick Up, which I will pick a batch relevant to the customer order, and stow it so it is prepared for Drive Up. Lastly, I am required to answer phone calls, and communicate with guests about any concerns or questions they may have.

  • During this employment, I was required to open the store 30 minutes before the store became available at 7am. I was required to make sure all fruit and powders were freshly stocked and properly handled before ordering from the guest. As well, I was required to prep all fruit and smoothie bowl ingredients as customers came in and out of the store, making experience quicker and more efficent. Lastly, I was required to work drive-thru, communicating with each customer and making sure their smoothie or smoothie bowl satisfied their needs.

  • During this employment, I was required to pick grocery orders around the store with a pick speed of under 20 seconds, as well as a pick accuracy over 95%. I was required to stage and store orders sercurely and efficently to avoid any cross-contamination or improper food handling. As well, I was required to destage each order as the customer was approaching and made sure it got processed and loaded up in under 5 minutes. Lastly, I was openly communicating with each customer whether that was on the phone discussing concerns, or outside discussing any changes attempted to be made to the order.

  • As a gymnastics coach instructing young gymnasts ages 4-13, I was required of many things. First, I was required to make sure all gymnasts were safe and with the right coach, and look after them to make sure they exited safely. Along with that, I was required of setting up a weekly practice plan for each of my 9 classes a week, including all 4 events and free time at the end. As well, I had daily chores needing to be done before, or in between classes, including cleaning, putting away mats and equipment, and cleaning off my stations. Lastly, I was required to have open communication with each parent letting them know of any achievements to behavior problems.
