I helped children meet milestones through detailed lesson planning and effective classroom management. Supported children and encouraged their communication skills and social development. Came along side children and helped them with conflict resolution. I have a clear understanding that all children's needs and learning styes are different and require approaches that will help their confidence. I am hard working, have good observational skills and I'm pride my self at keeping a classroom organized. I handle day-to-day activities while looking for opportunities to make a difference and help children be the best they can be.
