Hardworking and enthusiastic educator with 10+ years of experience working in elementary classrooms – first as a volunteer, then as a substitute, and now as a classroom teacher. Has a passion for elementary mathematics, specifically number talks, and seeks to create engaging learning experiences tailored to meet individual student needs. Has had math education research published in multiple academic journals, and is currently teaching a graduate level course on integrating STEM into PreK-3rd grade classrooms.
