Friday Afterschool Recycling (Aug 2021 - Dec 2022):
I spent every Friday after school collecting recycling bins around the school, throwing away non-recyclables, emptying out liquids left in containers, and separating plastics, aluminum, and glass. This helped me be resourceful and learn how to properly recycle. I also informed students to properly dispose of their recyclables.
Saint Genevieve Elementary Soccer Coaching (Apr 2022 - May 2022):
I was a coach for elementary students, specifically kindergarteners and third graders. I taught them to stretch and set up dribbling, shooting, passing, and conditioning drills for them so they could practice their soccer skills. I coached and supported them in games, where I learned how crucial it is to make sports enjoyable and memorable for kids.
