Helped maintain a smooth and organised event environment by guiding guests, addressing issues as they arose, and coordinating with event supervisors and staff.
Duties included planning and managing events from start to finish, including conducting cost analysis, researching and short-listing venues, coordinating catering, merchandising, and organising team-building activities. Was also responsible for reconciling timesheets for onsite teams to ensure accurate payroll, training new staff members and collecting necessary employment documentation, and overseeing the invoice approval process to maintain organised and efficient financial operations.

Promoted from 80 officers into an operation of 10 officers ensuring work in relation to urgent services was upheld within the timeframe given by the organisation.
