- Utilize Studio Designer to input new orders, modify existing orders, enter expenses, and generate PO’s
- Review and prepare team Time Billing for Principal to review
- Update Principal, team, receiver and clients with tracking and project status
- Coordinate installations and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage all accounts receivable and payable for clients and business
- Construct and follow contracts and budgets
- Manage company email and incoming vendor and new client inquires and set up
- Create affiliate marketing (shopyourlikes, liketoknowit, amazon storefront, etc)
- Create brand content for social media
- Develop and manage office procedures, staff operations, and administrative office needs
- Develop and manage project timelines including weekly/monthly schedules
