I am a current undergraduate at Santa Barbara City College, looking for part-time job experiences in education and child care. My interest in psychology has strengthened my desire to understand kids. In addition, growing up surrounded by both personal and family experiences in mental health, I've developed an empathetic understanding of children, and I will be committed to supporting inclusive spaces for students who are neurodivergent, differently-abled, or just looking to reach out for support, so they can feel empowered to succeed in school and in life. My studies are focused on clinical and school psychology, and child development. Students should feel welcomed and embraced, and I want to open that space up for them. Outside of the academic and professional setting, I find joy in the performing arts, spending time in nature, and expressing myself creatively through crocheting and the fine arts.
