Responsible for overseeing multi-unit fitness studio locations within the Honors Holdings LLC network. Oversee and provide leadership and daily direction to the OTF Studio Management team (Studio Manager and Head Coach) and work directly with them to reinforce sales and operations performance. Directly responsible for overseeing the hiring, training, and development of all studio staff at Honors Holdings LLC studios, including Studio Managers, Head Coaches, Sales Associates, and Fitness Team members.
Responsible for coaching OTF workouts, managing schedules of coaching staff within the studio, and motivating members while leading them through pre-defined workouts. Lead workouts by maintaining motivation and demonstrating the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the OTF fitness staff using the OTF business model
• Hires, trains, and educates new OTF group personal coaches for success using OTF business model
• Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the training floor, as well as other areas of the studio
• Responsible for OTF class schedule daily, weekly, and monthly as well as management of the MBO system.
• Responsible for follow up communication with new and current OTF studio clients.
• Conducts monthly fitness staff meetings and attends all relative, mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings
• Handles member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution.
• Leads or assists Sales Associates with OTF studio tours/sales with new prospects as well as staying current with pricing options
Provide leadership, vision, and direction to the council and the broader Girls on the Run organization. Represent the council to the public, lead organizational development and strategic planning, optimize financial performance, oversee program delivery in the designated territory, build donor relationships, and oversee volunteers. Work closely with the Board of Directors (BOD), Girls on the Run International Headquarters (GOTR-I), and responsible for expanding systems and procedures to accomplish the mission and reach the strategic goals set forth by the BOD.
Operational and Volunteer Management
● Develop and foster a strong and engaging relationship with the BOD and GOTR-I
● Oversee recruiting, training, development, evaluation, and appreciation of volunteers
Program Development and Strategic Planning
● Develop strategic plan with the BOD
● Demonstrate an understanding of GOTR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward meeting organizational goals
● Cultivate relationships with coaches, donors, parents, participants, sponsors, and volunteers
● Oversee management of end of season 5Ks
● Recruit and maintain effective communication with volunteer coaches to ensure the teams are supported and running smoothly
Organizational Administration
● Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all laws and guidelines governing nonprofit organizations and the GOTR-I Membership Agreement, Policies and Guidelines
● Develop and implement necessary policies and procedures
● Plan for infrastructure growth parallel to growth of program in coordination with the BOD
● Establish efficient business systems and strategies and ensure appropriate implementation
● Maintain ethical standards and accountability, manage risk, perform due diligence, and implement operational best practices
● Execute all financial, operational and programmatic reports to GOTR-I and to state and local funding agencies in a timely manner
Fund Development and Community Relations
● Develop diverse funding streams and long-term plans to best support the mission and goals of the organization
● Oversee fundraising efforts including sponsorship, donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, grants, special events, etc.
● Actively participate in donor cultivation and solicitation
● Develop collaborative projects/partnerships with other community providers
● Develop relationships with the local media and serve as the Girls on the Run primary contact to market the program and build additional community support
● Partner with GOTR-I to maximize Cause Related Marketing and other national opportunities locally
Finance
● Ensure optimal financial performance of the council
● Maintain processes for proper record keeping and internal financial controls
● Assist BOD with development and management of annual budget
● Review all financial activities with the treasurer and report to the board on a regular basis
● Review analysis of financial activities (income and expense) to discern trends, identify areas of
improvement, address problems and develop forecasts
