My background in both behavior intervention and customer service as a cashier/shift lead has given me a unique and valuable skill set for working in any customer-focused environment. From my time in behavior intervention, I’ve developed strong patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and adapt to different needs and personalities—skills that directly translate to understanding and helping a wide range of customers. As a cashier, I honed my ability to work efficiently under pressure, resolve issues calmly, and maintain a positive attitude, even during busy or stressful times. Together, these experiences have taught me how to create a welcoming, respectful, and solution-oriented experience for every customer I interact with.
