  • Independently developed palliative care programs at 5 Post-acute care (PAC) facilities on behalf of TeamHealth; work with PAC leadership to execute and tailor program to facility needs & patient populations
  • Programs include care conferences, staff education, end-of-life care, family support, hospice education/ referrals, creating interdisciplinary collaboration to support patient outcomes, managing scheduling and billing

Hobbies and Interests

As a lifelong runner, I’ve completed many long-distance races including the Big Sur Marathon. I have a great love for outdoor activities as a way to promote health and wellness. I do regular group and solo outdoor excursions which are a fantastic opportunity to challenge oneself, communicate, plan, create and execute goals. I greatly enjoy spending time in the outdoors and local community with my 3-year-old and spouse.
