Work History

Cellar 7

Server/ Bartender
11.2022 - Current

Job overview

While managing the Bistro I would also come through to our sister location to do inventory and order liquor. After leaving the bistro and coming to the Cellar full time I took a more carefree position as a bartender and worked there full time. Still in charge of inventory for the beer, wine, and liquor.

Table 7Bistro

General Manager
11.2020 - 08.2024

Job overview

Table 7 Bistro is located in the Club Quarters hotel in downtown Houston. I started at the Bistro as a server. I was trained how to bartend and attend to the needs of the guests of the hotel. In time I was in charge of inventory and ordering of all liquor, beer, wine, coffee, and cakes. My duties included hiring and writing the schedule for servers. Trained and supervised bar staff, ensuring high levels of service and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

District 7 Grill Midtown

Server
01.2020 - 11.2020

Job overview

District 7 Grill is a diner in the heart of midtown. Three months before the virus I started at this diner. After the shutdown we opened for to go only. Moving forward through the low occupancy I learned more about service and how to carry a tray of drinks. We served breakfast everyday until 4 and stayed open for dinner. Serving beer and wine to customers. This location is dear to my heart since its where I learned how to be a waitress.

Phoenix 1 Restoration & Construction

General Labor Construction Worker
02.2019 - 10.2019

Job overview

Assisted in the construction and renovation of a local church, performing task such as scaffolding installation and finished carpentry. My tasks included maintaining a clean and safe work space. Also adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. I also received a flagging permit from the city of Houston to assist my team in safely loading and unloading the steel windows from the church. After this project was complete I didn't have a car or truck to follow the team to Dallas so I stayed behind and flagged for the city of Houston for a temporary company.
