• Instigated programming and high-impact activities to meet requirements of a 5 million federal grant on family engagement.
• Facilitated professional development, organizational assessments, and led efforts to become a trauma-informed organization.
• Spearheaded the Early Childhood Channel for Joining Forces for Children in their awareness and messaging campaign to address Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) in the community.
