As a barista, my role was to welcome customers and make sure they had a good experience with the company. I accurately managed a cash flow per shift while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. I memorized over 50 customizable menu items and handcrafted each one for over 200 customers a day. I was able to make interpersonal connections with returning customers and first-timers to increase the company image and share company values. I was also given the role of training incoming partners. Lastly, I developed social skills and leadership skills while working in a team and helping run smooth shifts.
