• Participates as a member of Shared Governance under the Patient and Family experiences sector. Collaborates with other units to improve experiences for all that get treated at CCHMC and improve relationships between staff and patients while under care.

• Co-Lead of the unit Sunshine Committee. Works to increase positive work-life balance by planning unit outings with co-workers, spreads positivity at work, coordinates celebrations for staff when milestone events occur.
