- Use Net Health to maintain accurate documentation of patient progress toward goals.
- Understand Medicare A, Medicare B, Humana, Medicare Advantage and other billing services for accurate billing function and processes involving patient care and therapy treatment sessions.
- Implement and modify interventions using just right challenge based on patient's current level of function and teach patients how to live within limits of capabilities to achieve best quality of life.
- Collaborate with patient/resident, rehab team, nursing staff, and resident family members to develop plan of care, discharge plans and discuss patient progress.
- Demonstrate good people skills, empathy, time management to see 10-18 patients a day, organization, clear communication and have genuine care for other's well-being.
