Most recently, in 2024, worked on a Leadership driven initiative to “internalize” all externally provided speech therapy and occupational therapy, reducing externally referrals by 50% as a direct result of our support to transition children with speech-language and developmental delays from providers to return for in-plan re-evaluations and therapy services at Kaiser.

Assisted in the design, development, and implementation of the first regional and virtual Parent Orientation training program, annual attendees 1400. Wrote a new curriculum integrating behavioral and speech therapy.
