Accomplishments
I actively participate in PLC meetings, contributing to collaborative efforts aimed at improving educational practices and outcomes. We meet once every nine weeks with our grade level and then with our 6-8 team. I am also a member of the District Improvement Team (DIT) committee. a group of educators who collaborate & implement school improvement plan aiming to enhance student outcomes and school performance. Currently, our district is certified at HRS Level 1, and we are actively working toward achieving HRS Level 2 certifications.
In addition to my professional contributions, I have a strong athletic background. I am proud to be a part of the success of the Nocona Lady Indian volleyball program where we have been Regional Finalist the past three years, and the basketball program that has been Regional Finalist, State Runner-Up, and State Champions.
