I am extremely enthusiastic about everything I do in life!! I am outgoing and very personable. I have learned leadership skills, sales skills, and how to properly use my time while working. I am an organized and dependable employee.
Working at Diane's I was responsible for watching over the store. I also had to run the dressing room, which included taking names down, counting items, and giving my opinion and advice to customers. I would take inventory, restock the store with new arrivals, and organize. I was a cashier as well. As an employee at Diane's my most important responsibility was connecting with customers, making people feel welcome, and making my customers feel confident. I was also responsible for properly closing the store and opening the store. This meant I was responsible for opening and closing the register as well as instructing my co-workers with tasks, and making sure everything was set up and put away properly.
I was a shift lead, I was responsible for instructing my other staff about their tasks during the shift. I also would open and close the store, which included opening and closing the register, and making sure everything was where it should be. I would work in the back making bowls and smoothies, refilling machines, cleaning, restocking, and taking out the trash, and I was also a cashier. I would always welcome guests in!!
