• Responsible for directly implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans correlated with skill-acquisition and behavior reduction to children in the field.
• Observe behavior, collect data, and measure client’s independent success throughout the therapy session.
• Issue feedback to BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and other clinic supervisors on the behavior plans’ progress and integrity.

Individuals served may have multi-system involvement such is Criminal Justice, Child and Adult Welfare, Veterans, Homelessness, etc.
• Arranges care coordination, discharge planning, referrals, linkage and transition to next level of care, psychosocial rehabilitation services (individual or group), recovery planning, resource development and cross collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
