NeuroPlay, BME Capstone, Burlington, VT August 2024 - December 2025

• Collaborated with a team of engineering students to address the lack of engaging rehabilitation solutions for children with moderate brain injuries to target clinical cognitive skills.

Gait Analysis, UVM Wearable Sensing Course, Burlington, VT January 2024- May 2024 

Created a Python algorithm to detect gait events from from force sensitive resistor data taken on subjects with Parkinson’s Disease versus control subjects. 

ANS Evaluation, UVM Systems and Signaling Course, Burlington, VT August 2023- December 2023 

• Analyzed heart activity during events of different stress levels to test the relationship between frequency and nervous system activity. 

• Collected ECG data using an Arduino Nano and created a filter in Python to analyze the raw data. 

• Developed a Python algorithm to detect different frequencies in the data, and when heartbeats occurred.

• Collected gait data using a gyroscope and an accelerometer to compare the results for each sensor.
