  • Researched characteristics of plant species native to Mediterranean climates and the Los Angeles area to add to the garden.
  • Supported a carbon sequestration project – mapped out the trees in the garden and conducted measurements to calculate the amount of carbon sequestered. This report was submitted to the City of Pasadena.
