Production associate:

• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Sweep, or otherwise clean, work areas that are required for 5S duties.
• Perform a quick quality check to make sure bent parts aren't being loaded onto tables.
• Prepare and assemble materials.
• Collect hazardous or nonhazardous waste in correctly labeled barrels or other containers.
• Cap Mag refills during appropriate downtime.
• Apply adhesive to certain parts with templates.

Acting team lead/Offliner:

• Complete production reports to communicate with management.
• End of Shift report, Top hitters' email, and Key Performance Indicator Board.
• Write recognition emails with the team leads.
• Downtime escalations for faults of 5 minutes and above.
• Daily rotation schedule to ensure associates aren't doing the same stations that require heavy lifting more than once a night.
• Collaborated with team members to identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Communicating with maintenance when a station is down for more than a minute.
• Troubleshoot minor faults, such as manual cap changes, caps not installed, or caps not removed.
• Reading HMI to further escalate faults.

Safety Rep:

Workstation Trainer:

• Fill out the versatility chart when new hires are able to perform their stations efficiently.
• Communicate with the WST trainer to let them know how the new hires are doing.

• Assisted in the recruitment process by interviewing potential candidates for open positions.

• Monitor food preparation methods, portion size, garnishing, and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.
