Running is a hobby I have picked up for my cardiovascular health and is a good way to release stress. Health is very important to me because I believe it is a good way to increase my quality of life.

Any activity outside including hiking, swimming, running and kayaking are all things I am willing to try and things I enjoy doing because it gets me out of the house and into the sun. I love to spend time in nature as a way to decompress and relax.
