Emma has been Workday HCM certified since 2014 and has worked exclusively in the Workday ecosystem since then, gaining extensive experience across multiple functional areas and eventually progressing into a Program Leadership role.
Emma has been the Workday Functional Lead on several Large Enterprise HCM Deployments and her most recent role was as the Project Manager of a full suite Workday implementation for a Healthcare customer implementing HCM, Finance, SCM, Payroll, Adaptive and Workforce planning.
Emma has worked with Workday clients based in Europe, ANZ, Africa and now in the US.

Engagement Manager, Healthcare Client
For the last two years Emma has been performing the role of Engagement/Project Manager for a full platform Workday Implementation for a large hospital network based in the North East. This role involved managing the day to day delivery and leadership responsibilities of a team of 40-50 consultants as well as directing and leading customer resources.

Engagement Manager and Functional Lead , Public Sector Client
Emma acted as Workday Engagement Manager and Functional Lead for one of the first Government customers of Workday HCM in New Zealand. Her responsibilities include over all project management, including producing and maintaining planning and strategy documentation and deliverables and managing the Workday Scorecard and Delivery Assurance Tollgates. She has also been responsible for the overall HCM Functional solutioning and design as well as the people management of a team of 10-12 consultants.
Optimization Manager , Insurance Client
Emma led a initiative to review all Workday Recruiting functionality being utilized by a long standing Global Workday customer and form a proposal on opportunities for enhancement and increased return on investment. The output of this work was an extended piece of implementation and enhancement work for Accenture from this client.

Functional HCM & High Education Lead , Higher Education Client
Emma led the HCM implementation for one of the first adopters of Workday Higher Education in Australia. She was responsible for supporting the overall functional solutioning of HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation and Onboarding. She was also been responsible for gathering requirements, solutioning and configuring the Higher Education functionality. This included Job Architecture and Capability Framework consultation and solutioning
Functional HCM Lead , Financial Services Client
Emma was responsible for designing a divestiture strategy for the planned separation of one of Australia's largest Bank's primary production environment into a secondary environment which will be owned by a divested element of the business.

Functional HCM Lead , Energy and Gas Client
Emma lead the Talent & Performance Workstream as well as taking responsibility for the overall functional delivery of Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence and Performance & Talent for ~90,000 employees within 78 countries. She had responsibility for defining the functional testing approach, strategy and delivery alongside the client testing team. She was responsible for liaising with the Training, Change and Communications teams as well as helping define both the Cutover and Hypercare strategy for the functional scope.
