I'm 28 years old, dog mom of 2. I have been nannying for 10 years. I love the outdoors, art, music and reading. I have worked with children ages 3 weeks to 10 years. i love watching kids grow and learn. It might be my favorite part of being a nanny. I have worked for many different families for date nights, as well as long term jobs or just filling in here and there! Id like to say im pretty easy going. Open communication so super important to me.
To Whom It May Concern:
We're writing to recommend Emma White for a new role as a nanny/babysitter.
Emma was a part-time nanny for our now 15-month-old son, Sam, from September through December 2022. We let her contract expire due to a slot opening at a local daycare center, but this wasn't an easy decision to make. Emma is a diligent and patient caregiver who quickly earned the trust and affection of the whole family. She has helped Sam make significant progress toward a number of milestones, including walking, talking, and eating solid food by himself. Their days together are full of laughter, which is a joy to hear in our home. In addition, Emma is a great help around our home and always willing to help with light housecleaning, laundry, meal prep, and other errands. On a personal level, she has an infectious sense of humor and a resourceful spirit that we feel has made her a good friend as well as an employee.
We can't praise Emma highly enough, and we're confident that you'll feel the same way should you choose to take her own. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Dear Prospective Employer:
I write to recommend Emma White for employment as a nanny/caretaker.
Emma worked with my family for more than six months in 2023 as part of a nanny-share with two infants. My son, now a year and a half, always loved seeing Emma and immediately responded to her for naps, meals (bottles and solids), and general playtime. It was clear from the beginning that Emma knows her way around children, and can easily multitask with more than one baby.
Emma was communicative about everything related to her position; from availability and arrival time, to reporting on milestones and concerns with our son. She was beyond gracious during times when we needed her for a few extra minutes due to traffic or work conflicts, too. Though it was not part of her job description, Emma always kept things tidy around the kids, which was a major bonus for two full time working parents. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention her sweet attention to our dog who was home all day with the babies, too.
Our circumstances changed so that we were no longer in need of a nanny share, but we miss Emma and the care she gave our son and our family. I am more than happy to share further upon request, but suffice to say Emma is a gem to work with and any family is lucky to have her caring for their children.
Sincerely,
Jackie Jensen Erler
