The position I maintain is part of the Campus Operations department. Daily tasks include:

- operated power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers and chain saws in a safe manner

I work around 20 hours a week part time at Rocket Fizz. Skills and responsibilities include:

My position on the Land Stewards crew was a work program position run through Warren Wilson College. I worked around 15 hours a week throughout the school year, and my duties included:
- garden management and installation including plant rearing and harvest, which helped me obtain experience in horticulture
- woody invasive management, mushroom inoculation, and trail maintenance which helped me obtain experience in forestry and agroforestry
- cattle management, sheep testing, fence building (high tension wire and electrical), composting, pasture maintenance, and soil care which provided experience in agriculture services
- conservation focus in all experiences
- assisted as part of a crew in undergraduate research efforts
This position placed me under the Outdoor Program manager to create, facilitate, and maintain our outdoor and environmental education program. Skills learned and responsibilities included:
- working with ages 3 to adults
- facilitated educational activities such as interpretive nature hikes, creating macroinvertebrate habitat through dam building, plant ID hunt, etc
- facilitated primitive skill classes such as atlatl and tomahawk throwing, fire building, hut building etc

I worked as a lifeguard in 2021. I started out as second lifeguard and then moved into head lifeguard about halfway through the summer. Duties and responsibilities included:
- watched over swimmers to respond quickly to distress situations.
- conducted daily pool maintenance, including testing and adjusting chemical levels.
- monitored behaviors for safety violations and took steps to prevent further violations.
- identified emergency situations or potential drownings and entered water for lifesaving measures.
- consulted medical protocol to administer CPR, bandage wounds and clean injuries.
- participated in and helped lead weekly comprehensive safety training for lifeguard staff
