Job overview

  • I did want to mention, this was a remote job.
  • Managed projects from procurement to commission. I was involved in the sale process of convincing different clients to bring their work to our company, I would then book the project and notify the rest of the company that we had a project coming. I would then keep client communication open while in field and while preparing final data and tables. Once the project finished, I typically would do the coding portion myself then send the final data to our Tables department to break down specifics on the project based on what each client was looking for. Once this process is done, I would schedule a final meeting with the client and the clients team to show our presenting and give them our full in depth analysis of what we found.
  • Met project deadlines with ease and when a more difficult project would hit us, I would be the one to get my whole PM team on a chat and make sure all of us were aware of what may be coming just in case the original PM for the project needs assistance while in field.
  • Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives. Scheduling meetings and sending out agendas/making sure the agenda was followed was one of my specialties.
  • Planned and programmed over 50 studies using the Voxco online server. This allowed me to run studies in both quantitative and qualitative methods internationally while not having a programming degree, this assisted our programmers immensely with online projects or lower priority projects.
  • I ran training sessions for Agents, Team leads and Supervisors that allowed our whole team to be connected during new transitions in the company and when big projects were coming to us.

Job overview

  • I assist my bosses and staff with catering jobs all around the Utah area and when these jobs come up I am my chefs’ right hand man, helping them with the management of the projects as well as delegating staff.
  • I led a Private Chef event once a month for 4 days. I have to travel around 45 minutes to get there and spend over 12 hours at the house daily during these events. In between cooking their meals and making sure they have enough beverages we make sure to clean the facility to maintain a clean working environment.
  • My work weeks ran from 38-50 hours a week. Till I started working back at Ironwood, then my hours were reduced to 15-20 just as a second job/extra income.

Job overview

  • I was an agent for about a year and a half before getting the Team lead position where my main focus was the agents and making sure that they were getting monitoring forms and were being coached on new projects.
  • The assistant manager position came with the responsibility of hiring and training new agents, training my team leads on new projects and to monitor the team leads to make sure that they are efficiently handling their teams and helping them when needed.
  • As an assistant I was also taught how to efficiently run and manage the projects in the call center. My supervisors would regularly have me close down the shift at the end of the night which included using different programs to pull specific reports including DRG, Survox and CFMC.
  • Closing a shift also resulted in sending out a mass email with a End Of Day report on what happened for each project throughout the day and how you handled the crew which amplified my communication skills.
  • I am extremely well versed in all of the functions of the call center. From actually calling, to running shifts and all reporting functions.

Job overview

  • Working for LVPS I was a housekeeper and house sitter for home owners that were renting their homes out on AIRBNB.
  • Working here I was in contact with up to 50 different clients that owned homes in and around the Las Vegas / Clark County area.
  • I would inspect the homes, take detailed notes and pictures if necessary for the home owners then proceed with the complete sanitation process.
  • This job required a lot of travel and client communication skills. It helped me become more organized with intercommunication relations because my boss and I only worked together on big projects so I would have to create a spreadsheet with all the clients information and what their specifics are so even if we couldn't get ahold of each other, we were both always on the same page and since it was done day by day then if something happened we even knew what specific house the other was at without having to spend time trying to call or text the other.
