• Monitoring multiple CCTV feeds across client premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activities including shoplifting, internal theft, and suspicious behaviour.

• Supporting security and safety investigations by retrieving and analyzing CCTV footage and reporting findings to supervisors and relevant authorities.

• Ensuring round-the-clock surveillance and proactive observation to detect any anomalies or security breaches.

• Acting promptly on any health & safety violations observed via CCTV or during routine patrols.

• Working in collaboration with internal security supervisors, duty managers, and external stakeholders including MOI and customs when required.

• Keeping detailed records and logs of all incidents, ensuring clear and accurate documentation for follow-up or legal reference.

• Conducting floor-level patrols in addition to CCTV monitoring to ensure full situational awareness.

• Enforcing regulations to uphold law and order within the premises.

• Observing the movements of guest/clients and assisting

• Verify the identity of individuals, check credentials, and ensure only authorized personnelenter designated areas.

• Respond to fire alarms and emergency callouts.

• Monitoring security systems such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

• Conduct regular patrols within a given area or premises to deter anddetect any securitythreats.

• Document and report incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activities.

• Identify security gaps, recommend improvements, and implementmeasures to enhancesecurity protocols.

• Collaborate and liaise with local law enforcement agencies.

• Taking appropriate action in emergency situations.
