Evidence Based Project aimed at decreasing incidence of pressure injuries by increasing the use of proper Q2h
patient repositioning. This was done by encouraging staff and reinforcing use of visual aid weekly. As a result, we saw an increase in position change compliance by almost twenty percent and a ten percent decrease in pressure injuries over a two month period.
