Our Communications Center involves three different departments which include PBX operator, security/courier dispatch, as well as the doctor to doctor consult line. Some things I do in these roles are...

• Stocked and organized supplies for the entire department.

• Handle inbound calls and provide customer service according to departmental policies and procedures.
• Diagnose and document customer complaints by utilizing provided tools and asking diagnostic questions.
