- I am always willing to learn new things here, and I'm always looking for ways to improve.
- I worked well with my other team members to improve the restaurant and the guest experience. From time to time, we worked together to form new ideas and create better habits.
- There are many rushes at the restaurant, but like any other business, there are times when it isn't busy at all. When that happens, I try to stay busy by finding tasks that can better the place, the guest experience, or help any coworkers with their tasks.
- I'm a very organized and clean person, which is important when working with customers and being in the food industry. Before, during, and after rushes, I am constantly cleaning and making sure things are in their place. For example, I take orders, but there are menus being handed back to me along with table numbers, and I have to serve the guests their drinks at the same time. Here I am cleaning spills, placing everything back where it goes, and giving the customer the most attention I can to serve them.
- I can multitask, and I learned the most about that here at this restaurant.
- There were times when I served as the point of contact for resolving guest complaints or special requests. Working with people means looking at others' points of view to see where they're coming from, and being able to understand why they feel a certain way. I think that's really important when it comes to dealing with complaints.
- I'm upbeat when it comes to taking orders, and I show that I'm actually hearing the customer to provide them with great service. Doing so, I ask them questions, give them great recommendations, and engage in the conversation instead of just taking an order and sending them on their way.
- I worked in every position here, and I tried my best in whichever position I was placed in for that shift. Here, I can be an order taker, food runner, food bagger, drink server, expo, sometimes on the cold line, and busser.
- I've done it all except for being a cook, but my best position would be a server, and the Yelp reviews including my name for Zareen’s can show it!

- Here I learned the basics of not only having a job, but a job where I deal with customers, food, cleanliness, and responsibilities overall.
